CREW seeks EPA docs to uncover undue oil lobbying pressure

In Washington DC, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has filed to secure records from the EPA to determine if the oil industry has laid undue pressure on the agency in order to lower the blending mandate under the RFS. The group will be looking especially at the lobbying done by Delta Air Lines and the Carlyle Group who have targeted high level officials in their wish to lower the mandate.
