CHS buys Illinois River Energy

In Minnesota, CHS announced it has acquired Illinois River Energy LLC from Sinav Limited, London, England. Terms were not disclosed. The 133-million-gallon-per-year year ethanol plant will be rebranded as CHS and 60 people will become CHS Inc. employees.
