More financial tax woes for investors in Energae

In North Dakota, the state’s Department of Revenue has told an investor in Energae LP of Clear Lake that $1,131.73 in tax credits must be paid back because the company’s green energy production couldn’t be verified for 2012. The department didn’t say if the tax credit reversal impacted other investors or other years. Investors in the company have suffered a serious of financial setbacks regarding the company over the past couple of years.
