Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 80.42 as advanced biofuels rally

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.70 percent to 80.42 as advanced biofuels rallied. For the day, OriginOil (OOIL) jumped 5.00 percent to $0.21, while Aemetis (ATX) settled back 4.94 percent to $8.08. Among other equities, Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE) added 3.21 percent to $32.46. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
