Biofuels Digest Index advances to 81.57 as large caps rally

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.67 percent to 81.57 as large caps rallied. For the day, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 4.08 percent to $14.59, while Aemetis (ATX) soared anew, up 10.66 ;percent to $10.38. Among other equities, OriginOil (OOIL) fell 7.14 percent to $0.19. Overall, advances led declines 3 to 2 for the day.
