Supreme Court refuses to hear case on California’s LCFS

In Washington, the Supreme Court has decided not to hear the case claiming California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard falls foul with the constitution, and the case will now be sent back to a lower court. The California Air Resources Board cheered the decision, saying that the time for delaying the implementation of the policy is passed.
