Energy Future Coalition leads biofuel producers suit against EPA

In Washington, the Energy Future Coalition along with some ethanol producers have filed a lawsuit in U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in an attempt to make the tests required to get alternative fuels approved more accessible. The suit follows the EPA’s April approval of its “Tier III” fuel and vehicle air rule.
