Judge hired by Statoil shouldn’t have been involved in corruption case

In Norway, the Supervisory Committee For Judges has said that a judge overseeing a case of alleged corruption against biofuel entrepreneurs should not have been on the case because the allegations came from Statoil while the judge had been hired by Statoil—but continued serving as a district judge for another half a year.
