New Hampshire ban on higher than 10% ethanol blends dies on floor

In New Hampshire, the bill that sought to forbid ethanol blends of higher than 10% has died on the vine as it never reached the Senate floor before the legislative session ended for the summer. The bill that made it through the House of Representatives would only have come into effect if two other northeastern states had implemented the same policy.
