Ethanol production down to 38.93 million gallons daily as imports

In the US, ethanol production for the first week of July averaged 927,000 barrels per day, or 38.93 million gallons daily, down 26,000 b/d from the previous week. Imports of ethanol were 9,000 b/d, the first showing in seven weeks.

Gasoline demand for the week averaged 375.3 million gallons daily. Expressed as a percentage of daily gasoline demand, daily ethanol production was 10.37%.
