Ethanol stocks hit 16-month high

In Washington, the Energy Information Agency says that ethanol stocks have risen to a 16-month high of 18.587 million barrels while production during the week ending July 25 was down slightly at 954,000 barrels per day. The West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions were the only areas to see ethanol stocks fall, which 7,000 barrels of ethanol were imported.
