Potential Republican presidential candidates face ethanol scrutiny in Iowa

In Iowa, Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas) and Rand Paul (Ky.) are touring the state this week ahead of possible campaigns for the US presidency, but their less-than-supportive stances regarding ethanol may hurt both of their chances in the first Republican primary. Cruz has put forward a bill eliminating the RFS while Paul says the policy has distorted the market place.
