August 18, 2014 |

In Oregon, the state’s Department of Agriculture has sent notices to approximately 417 retail fuel establishments throughout the state reminding them that diesel fuel blended with 6 of 20 percent biodiesel may not to be marketed as “diesel”, by law. The notice is in response to consumer complaints received by ODA’s Motor Fuel Quality Program.
