Iowa Biodiesel Board names REG CFO Chad Stone as next chair of the board

In Iowa, Renewable Energy Group (REG) Chief Financial Officer Chad Stone has been named the next chair of the Iowa Biodiesel Board. IBB has a nine member executive board of directors, and Stone has served on that board since 2010.
Last year, Stone was voted one of the top 300 people in the bioeconomy in Biofuels Digest’s annual ranking.
Stone joined REG as its Chief Financial Officer in August 2009. Prior to that, he spent more than 17 years in public accounting and consulting in various roles, including as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago and Cincinnati and as a manager at Arthur Andersen in Chicago.
