Minnoco expands with higher ethanol blends for Minnesota
In Minnesota, Minnoco will be offering higher ethanol blends in the Twin Cities area, including E15, E30, and E85. Minocco is a brand of gasoline developed by a group of independent gasoline producers. The E15 fuel debuted last year with prices 15 cents per gallon cheaper than competing gasoline brands.
Tom Buis of Growth Energy responded to the development with positive remarks:

They are offering consumers a choice and savings at the pump, while at the same time supporting a homegrown industry that supports farmers in Minnesota and across the country.
“Now, with their latest announcement of 18 new locations that will be joining their ranks, Minnoco will become one of the largest fuel retailers in the Twin Cities. Their expansion demonstrates that Americans continue to want access to cleaner burning, homegrown American fuel that comes from the Midwest, not the Middle East.”
