Chicago SME falls to four-year low as traders wait for RFS

In Illinois, Chicago-based soy biodiesel prices fell to a four-year low of $3.0630/gal on Tuesday, hitting the lowest since June 10, 2010 when it fell to $2.7450/gal. Traders remain standoffish until the RFS for 2014 is announced, which would in turn support D4 RIN prices. D4 RIN prices are hovering around 50 cents.
