Biofuels Digest Index tumbles to 74.02 advanced biofuels dive

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dumped 1.92 percent to 74.02 as advanced biofuels took a tumble. For the day, BP fell 3.19 percent to $44.08, while KiOR (KIOR) plunged 14.02 percent to $0.10. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) shed 4.02 percent to $15.05. Overall, advances led declines 10 to 1 for the day.
