German biodiesel exports up 18% on year through July

In Germany, biodiesel exports are up nearly 18% on the year through July for a total of 282.7 million gallons. About a third of those exports went to the Netherlands, up a third over the same period last year, while 12.6 million gallons went to Spain. Last year the country imported just 45,330 gallons from Germany. About 94% of biodiesel exports remained within the EU, with France, Belgium and Sweden also taking large volumes.
