Institute for Energy Research says new definition of cellulosic shows RFS broken

In Washington, the Institute for Energy Research has released a new analysis regarding the Environmental Protection Agency’s move to change the definition of cellulosic biofuels to include liquefied and compressed natural gas produced from biogas and landfills, and the impact it will have on the RFS, saying it is more proof that the policy is broken.
