Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 68.29 as advanced biofuels gain

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, jumped 1.32 percent to 68.29 as advanced biofuels gained. For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) was up 1.32 percent to 68.29, while Abengoa (ABGB) advanced 5.86 percent to $21.86. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) fell 5.78 percent to $3.26. Overall, advances led declines 3 to 1 for the day.
