Biofuels Digest Index rallies to 67.40 as ethanol equities and enzymes gain

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, rallied 1.16 percent to 67.40 as ethanol equities and enzymes gained. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) settled back 4.68 percent to $8.56, while Ceres (CERE) rebounded 6.77 percent to $0.0.34. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) jumped 3.96 percent to $11.56. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
