Bloomberg says corn-based RINs at highest since Aug. 17

In New York state, Bloomberg says corn-based RINs jumped to 53.5 cents, up 13% and the highest seen since Aug. 17. Rail congestion keeping ethanol in the Midwest along with the EPA’s delays in unveiling the 2014 RFS blending mandates are boosting RIN prices. Export demand is also having a hand in boosting RIN prices.
