Yellow Hose program to cut E85 spread with E10 to 70 cents in January

December 25, 2014 |

In Michigan, the Yellow Hose program is helping drivers in the state to find E85 pumps. Carbon Green Bioenergy blends the fuel at its facility in Lake Odessa that is then distributed to 33 fuel retailers around the state, as well as sells the fuel at its own pump.  The program kept E85 at $1 a gallon less than E10 since October 2013, and the spread is falling to 70 cents from January.
