Purthanol buys 69% of Biocardel Europe and seeks investor for Luxembourg plant

In Canada, Purthanol Resources announced it has acquired 69% control of the holding company Biocardel Europe SA that owns 100% of Biocardel Luxembourg SA in the form of a convertible debenture. Purthanol is seeking a partner, investor and operator for the Luxembourg facility. Biocardel Luxembourg will be a bio-fuel producer with its initial sales expected in Q2 of 2015.
