Pertamina in talks about reforming pricing scheme for biodiesel

In Indonesia, Pertamina is talking with the government and biodiesel producers regarding the current pricing formula for biodiesel tenders based on the mean of Platts Singapore 0.25% sulfur gasoil assessment plus 3.48% so that it is instead based on palm oil prices. The industry had proposed the price of crude palm oil plus processing cost as the pricing formula, similar to the Malaysian pricing formula.
