Report shows regional policy needed to boost biofuel demand

In South Africa, the South African Institute of International Affairs has released a new study saying that the Southern African Development Community has significant opportunity to produce and supply ethanol and biodiesel for the 15-member region but that a lack of regional policy infrastructure supporting biofuels have inhibited investment and consumption.
