Study launched to determine if B5 blend in Philippines will help farmers

In the Philippines, the University of the Philippines Los Baños will study a potential B5 blend of coconut-based biodiesel on behalf of the National Biodiesel Board. The country currently blends 2%. The government wants to be sure that if the blend comes into effect that farmers will benefit directly as a result.
