New York City to push for B5 in heating oil

In New York state, a proposed bill from the New York City council would see B5 for heating oil and B20 by 2030 in an attempt to reduce the carbon footprint of urban heating oil. The proposing councilman says moving to B5 from B2 would be the equivalent of taking 45,000 cars off the road.
