Tell us about your company and it’s role in the Advanced Bioeconomy.

Reporting and Publishing the Trend of white biotech monthly. supporting Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy(MOTIE) for Rulemaking and policymaking.

Tell us about your role and what you are focused on in the next 12 months.

I’m going to make and manage web site about white biotech portal such as biosugar, bioplastic, biorefienry etc.

Also, our project team are working on comercializing and developing some biochemicals such as bio BDO, nylon pilot plant in korea through government project funded by MOCIE

What do you feel are the most important milestones the industry must achieve in the next 5 years?

the cost of feedstocks

Of all the reasons that influenced you to join the Advanced Bioeconomy industry, what single reason stands out for you as still being compelling and important to you?

What was your undergraduate major in college, and where did you attend? Why did you choose that school and that pathway?

It is Genetic Engeneering and Biotechnolgy,in Kyunghee Univesity. I’m interested in researching disease mechanism and developing medicine.

What’s the biggest lesson you ever learned during a period of adversity?  

carefully research and explore before starting new work
