ePure wants MEPs to make a decision on ILUC at last

In Belgium, ePure is asking MEPs to make a final policy decision on ILUC at last during the ENVI committee’s upcoming vote on Feb. 24. The association wants a focus on ILUC mitigation considering that actually measuring and modeling ILUC is nearly impossible. With hardly any new biofuel investments since the European Commission released its ILUC position paper in 2012, the policy debate needs to become unstuck at last.
