India to force mills to sell ethanol to OMCs if they want raw sugar export subsidy

In India, the cabinet has approved the long-awaited export subsidy for raw sugar, but with a caveat—those mills who produce alcohol must offer at least 25% of their annual production to oil marketing companies in order to receive the subsidy.
