Surrey breaks ground on new MSW biogas plant

In Canada, last week the City of Surrey broke ground on the less-than-$68 million MSW-based natural gas plant that is set to come online in 2017.  Construction is set to start this spring on the facility designed by Netherlands-based Orgaworld under a 25-year design, build, finance, operate and maintenance contract.
