Roxas Holdings acquire 26.7% of San Carlos Bioenergy

In the Philippines, Roxas Holdings has bought 26.7% of San Carlos Bioenergy for nearly $8 million. Both companies are located in the country’s main sugarcane growing region. Roxas expects to the purchase to help improve production synergies between the two, which are similar in installed production capacity.
