Biofuels Digest Index rallies to 65.84 despite an advanced biofuels drop

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.40 percent to 65.84 despite an advanced biofuels drop. For the day, Green Plains (GPRE) rallied 2.31 percent to $27.46, while Gevo (GEVO) retreated 13.88 percent to $0.22. Among other equities, Ceres (CERE) fell 4.17 percent to $0.35. Overall, advances led declines by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
