California ethanol prices high three-month high on regional demand

In California, prompt railcar delivered ethanol has hit $1.76/gallon, the highest seen since January when it hit $1.80. Near-term tightness is supporting prices thanks to increased blending demand in Northern California, Arizona and some regions of the Pacific Northwest. Traders expect stocks to have fallen last week to their lowest since early January.
