Hillary Clinton says still in favor of maintaining the RFS

In Iowa, Hillary Clinton has expressed support for maintaining the RFS. During her 2008 presidential campaign she pushed for boosting biofuel production to 60 billion gallons by 2030 and repealing incentives for the oil industry. She voted against the RFS in 2006 as a Senator from New York.
