Roxas Holdings buys another 3% of San Carlos Bioenergy

In the Philippines, Roxas Holdings has again boosted its shareholding in San Carlos Bioenergy, this time purchasing nearly 3% in shareholding from Valmayor Ventures for $1.05 million. Last month the company bought nearly 28% shareholding in the ethanol producer from Zabaleta Group.
