Bill seeks to drop biodiesel requirement for Eastern Oregon during winter months

May 4, 2015 |

The state has a B5 mandate. The National Biodiesel Board opposes the bill, saying biodiesel works fine in other parts of the country that gets far colder than in Eastern Oregon.
