ABF takes over BP’s 47% stake in Vivergo Fuels

In the UK, ABF has acquired BP’s 47% stake in Vivergo Fuels, bringing the company’s total shareholding in the facility to 94%. The facility reached full production capacity in 2014 and supplies half of the UK’s ethanol demand as well as animal feed.
