US ethanol demand seen increasing as drivers return to the road

In Minnesota, financial advisory firm Ascendant Partners expects ethanol demand to rise and slowly boost prices—reversing a slowdown during Q1—as drivers get back on the road and consume more fuel at the pump. Increased demand for ethanol exports are also expected to help support prices and therefore margins for ethanol producers.
