T2 ethanol prices begin to slip as producers seek to score on high margins

In the Netherlands, bidding for T2 ethanol has softened recently in the face of ever more aggressive offers, with prices falling late last week to EUR514.75/cu m, the lowest since March 27. Ethanol producers are making the most of good margins and have boosted production but that has also increased supply which is now weighing on the market.
