Ring Neck Energy and Feed buys land for ethanol plant following “yes” vote

In South Dakota, Ring Neck Energy and Feed has gone ahead and purchased the land for the planned ethanol plant in Onida following a vote last Tuesday where 79 percent of the 672 people said they wanted the land rezoned to allow for the project. The company plans an equity drive next month. Final county approval is still pending.
