June 24, 2015 |

In Utah, Anderwood Ventures wants to process 50 million gallons per year of used cooking oil from a 300-mile radius around St. George to produce biodiesel for use in local school buses. The company says there is enough supply in that radius to collect 100 million gallons. The refinery could be up and online by the first quarter of 2016, employing more than 200 people.
