Biofuels Digest Index rallies to 63.31 on reduced Greek, China fears

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, rallied robustly, up 2.56 percent to 63.31 as advanced biofuels recovered on reduced Greek, China fears. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) rocketed up 10.61 percent to $2.71, while Solazyme (SZYM) jumped 8.78 percent to $3.22. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) soared 8.47 percent to $1.92. Overall, advances led declines by a 4 to 1 ratio for the day.
