Roxol Bioenergy sees ethanol import demand falling over next three years

In the Philippines, Roxol Bioenergy says domestic ethanol production will increase over the next two to three years, reducing demand for imports, as fuel ethanol prices make it more viable for non-fuel ethanol plants to upgrade to fuel quality. Four new ethanol plants are expected to become operational in 2016, doubling from current production of 222 million liters.
