Ethanol plant to receive notice of violation for air and water pollution

In the Philippines, the Provincial Environment Management Unit is seeking a Notice of Violation against the fuel ethanol plant in Tamisu following inspectors finding a foul odor and dark discharge running into the a fish pond that has led to a large fish kill.
