Indonesia confident of favorable ruling from WTO dispute panel against EU

In Indonesia, the government is positive about the WTO dispute panel that was recently established on Monday against the European Union as the country seeks to get Europe to withdraw its antidumping duties on Indonesian biodiesel. A similar dispute panel was set up for Argentina against the EU in April 2014 and is still not resolved. The process for both countries is long and arduous, with the result from the panel binding with no opportunity for appeal.
