Biodiesel premium over gasoil hits two month high of $438.5 per ton

In the Netherlands, the premium for biodiesel in Northwest Europe over gasoil hit a premium of $438.50/mt Monday, up $1.50 per ton to the highest seen in two months, thanks to tight feedstock supplies for winter blendstock. The RED RME premium and the RED FAME 0 premium reached a 10-month high of more than $100 per ton. Despite the current harvest, rapeseed oil prices have continued to rise in recent weeks, giving way to higher prices and therefore higher premiums.
