Malaysian biodiesel and palm oil exports up in September

In Malaysia, biodiesel exports in September rose nearly 94% on the month to 31,423 metric tons from just 16,201 tons in August, while palm oil exports rose more than 4% to 1.678 million tons. Crude palm oil imports also fell in September to 8,274 tons, down nearly 69% on the month while palm oil imports increased 15% to 75,962 tons. Stocks for both processed palm oil and crude palm oil rose slightly by more than 5% and 6% respectively.
