Colombian ethanol production hits another record in September at 41.86 million liters

In Colombia, September ethanol production hit a new high, following highs in August and June, at 41.86 million liters, up 2.5% over the previous month, which was again 7% higher than the previous record in June. Total ethanol production through September is up 10% on the year at 333.3 million liters. Domestic ethanol consumption nearly matched the record production in September at more than 40 million liters, steady from the previous month but up 10% on the year.
